Large, clean and comfortable room. Very well located near a metro and RER stop

The hotel is situated near the RER station Porte de Clichy and a metro station with the same name. The neighborhood is nice, there are restaurants and supermarkets. My room was clean, there is heating and the bed was comfortable, the window faced the small patio, so there wasn't much noise from the street. There was soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room. I stayed there for 2 nights and they cleaned the room (I was not expecting it). The quality price ratio is really really interesting.

Metro and bus stops a few steps from the property. Room cleaning and daily towel change.

The location is fine. Outside the suburbs but not entered with the metro. Which makes it a quiet place. Many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets nearby and best of all less expensive than the center :)

The room met all expectations for a week's stay. Cleaned every day, chemicals, coffee and tea added. There is an espresso machine and a kettle in the room.

POSITION: the area is very quiet, full of restaurants, pastry shops and pubs. In addition to this advantage, there are two metro stops (porte de clichy and brochant) that connect you everywhere, just a few minutes from the hotel.COMFORT: abundantly heated environment in winter with the possibility of adjustment. There is a coffee machine in the room with some pods, a mini fridge (empty) and toiletries. In many comments I have read complaints about the stairs to access the floors, as they are too steep, personally I didn't find it a problem, they can easily be done by anyone who doesn't have walking problems even with a large baggage. Comfortable beds and window overlooking the street.CLEANING: Excellent cleanliness and small but functional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The rooms were made up every day.Ultimately, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for clean accommodation, at a reasonable price, not very central but well connected.

The location exceeded my expectations, very close to the metro station, restaurants, terraces, shopping centers, patisseries.- spacious and warm room- daily cleaning, including tea/coffee refills
